This generally refers to therapy using online video which would be using Zoom. From wherever you are in the world, you are able to get the help you need all at the click of a button. Who is online therapy for?
For those suffering from stress, trauma, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, fatigue or mild eating disorders, online therapy can be as good as one-to-one therapy. I would recommend, however, that if you have thoughts about harming yourself that traditional therapy or contacting your GP would be a better option.
With online therapy we are able to connect and commence therapy wherever you are in the world.
