Traditional Therapy

I am available for people to access traditional therapy, i.e. we would meet at my office or I could come to your workplace to carry out therapy. The kind of problems I work with include but not inclusive:

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Phobia

  • OCD

  • Generailsed Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Self esteem issues

  • Working through difficult emotions

  • Relationship styles.

  • Bereavement, redundancy or divorce

  • Work related stress and burn out

    Therapeutic Approaches

Whilst I am trained in a number of therapies the ones I most commonly work with include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Compassion focussed and Mindfulness approaches.  

What to expect 

After an initial assessment we can discuss a plan for therapy which would typically involve us meeting on a weekly basis for an hour. During therapy you can expect me to listen and guide you through your plan that is designed to specifically meet your needs. The length of therapy can vary from client to client depending on your needs.  This kind of therapy is dependent on your location, please get in touch to see if this is something I can offer you.
